Cancellation Policy

ONE-TIME PURCHASES, NOT SUBSCRIPTIONS

GutLuma plans (7-day, 14-day, and 21-day resets) are purchased as one-time payments. There is no recurring subscription, no automatic renewal, and no charges beyond the original purchase price.

CANCELLING OR NOT RENEWING

You can stop using GutLuma at any time — there is nothing to cancel because nothing renews. If you do not purchase another plan after your current one ends, no further charges will be made.

NO MID-PLAN PARTIAL REFUNDS

Once a plan has started, the purchase is non-refundable in whole or in part, even if you decide to stop following the plan early. See our Refund Policy for the limited refund cases that do apply.

ACCESS UNTIL PLAN ENDS

Your access to daily content, check-ins, and progress tracking continues for the full duration of the purchased plan (7, 14, or 21 days). After the final day, the program marks as completed and no further charges occur.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

If you would like your account and associated data removed, email support@gutluma.com from the address registered on your account. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
