Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCT — NO REFUNDS AFTER START

GutLuma is a digital wellness program. Once your plan has started — meaning you have accessed Day 1 content — the purchase is non-refundable. This is because the program is personalised to you and delivered immediately on access.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY (UNSTARTED PLANS)

If you have paid but have not completed onboarding and your plan has not yet started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@gutluma.com from the email address you used to purchase, with your payment reference. We typically respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds are not provided for partial use of a plan, change of mind after Day 1, dissatisfaction with localized food examples, or failure to follow the program. Plan upgrades (extending an existing reset) are non-refundable once applied.

GOVERNING LAW

This refund policy is governed by Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable to the user's purchase.
