WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. GutLuma uses cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the program you signed up for.
SESSION & AUTHENTICATION COOKIES
We set httpOnly authentication cookies (issued by our identity provider, Passport) so you stay signed in across pages. These are strictly necessary — without them you cannot use GutLuma. They expire automatically; the access cookie within minutes, the refresh cookie within 30 days.
ANALYTICS
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage of GutLuma (for example, how many users complete a 7-day reset). Where used, analytics cookies do not link a profile back to your real-world identity beyond what your account already contains.
NO ADVERTISING TRACKERS
GutLuma does not run third-party advertising and does not set cross-site advertising or marketing tracking cookies. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Look for “Privacy”, “Cookies”, or “Site data” in your browser preferences. Note that disabling our authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to GutLuma.
PAYMENTS
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies during payment for fraud prevention and session management. Stripe's own cookie policy applies during checkout.
